Follow these steps
- Check the game version and snapshot date displayed above the tool.
- For reverse lookup, remove the known-parent or Owned-only filter and calculate again.
- For path planning, confirm that your starting list contains every species you can actually use.
- For a loading error, retry the download. If the selected version remains unavailable, report the issue with the displayed version and mode.
Empty reverse result
The target may have no accepted relation in this snapshot, or your filters may exclude every pair. An Owned-only result is empty when the saved list is empty. Trying a multi-generation path answers a broader question than a direct-pair search.
Held relationship
Some source pairs disagree. The calculator deliberately omits their result and does not route through them. A held pair is a data-confidence boundary, not evidence that breeding is impossible in the game.
Path or download failure
A path search is bounded and can reach its safety limit. A download failure means the requested versioned asset could not be loaded or verified. The tool does not silently substitute another snapshot or show an unfinished route as complete.
Sources and version limits
Examples and relationships follow the displayed data snapshot. Read the specific sources, version checks and limitations before relying on a plan.
